NCEC Presents Updated Dashboard and Publishes Key Data on the Electronic Communications Market for Q1 2025

Despite the ongoing full-scale aggression by the Russian Federation, Ukraine’s electronic communications sector continues to demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and positive dynamics. According to the results of the first quarter of 2025, total market revenues increased by 24.5% compared to the same period last year and amounted to UAH 30.5 billion.

As part of the publication of the quarterly results, the NCEC presented an interactive dashboard that reflects the current state of the electronic communications markets based on Q1 2025 outcomes.

The interactive platform provides convenient access to:

➲ investment volumes in network infrastructure,
➲ quarterly dynamics of key indicators.

The dashboard organizes data into four main categories:
✔︎ mobile communications,
✔︎ fixed Internet access,
✔︎ fixed voice communications,
 ✔︎ electronic communications network infrastructure.

This tool has been developed to support strategic planning based on reliable and transparent data. The dashboard is designed to meet the needs of operators, analytical centers, government institutions, investors, and all stakeholders involved in the country’s digital transformation.
