By calling the hotline, citizens and consumers/users of services (individuals) can receive the necessary information, explanations and competent advice from specialists on the provision of electronic communication services, postal services, as well as make an oral appeal to an official of the NCEC.
Calls are paid for in accordance with the tariffs of electronic communication service providers.
Consultations of the NCEC specialists are provided free of charge.
