Competence. We are a team of professionals. In our work, we are guided by the best international practices and experience gained in Ukraine over the years, in the interests of all market players - business, consumers and the state.

Independence. We create all the conditions for the development of electronic communication services and postal services market on the basis of open competition and equal access for all market participants - business, consumers and the state.
