On November 22, 2024, the NCEC adopted the decision 'On the Results of the Auction for Obtaining Licenses for the Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum in the Bands 1935–1950 / 2125–2140 MHz, 2355–2395 MHz, and 2575–2610 MHz for Cellular Mobile Radio Communication.
By this decision, the NCEC granted licenses for the use of the radio frequency spectrum in the 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz, and 2600 MHz bands to mobile network operators PJSC 'Kyivstar', LLC 'lifecell', and PJSC 'VF Ukraine' based on the results of the Auction held by the NCEC on November 19, 2024.
